High Speed Probes
Taking advantage of the unique properties of polyimide PicoCal probes can achieve very high analysis speeds. Topographical contact mode imaging at high scanning rates of 48 Hz (1.47 mm/sec) detecting features smaller than 250 nm over a 15 micron line has been demonstrated.
